TLC Puppy Love
Where a Puppy only knows LOVE!

Care of puppies and mom

Just a little information to explain our set up and how we care for expecting moms, The birth and puppies after birth till you receive your baby. Our set up is different then most and when we explain what we do and how we do things, people then understand just how special their baby is that they are getting from us.
We invest a lot of time and energy into each and every mother and puppy.
Your puppy has had so much love and time invested into them to where I feel confident you are getting a exceptional puppy that I am proud for people to know I raised.

The name of our family kennel is TLC Puppy Love. Because that is what each and every baby gets is alot of Tender Love and Care. Every, dad, mom and puppy. Our kennel is know for how we love our puppies.

Now a little about me and how I care for my babies. I love my babies and it starts before they are born, mom gets a special diet and vitamins when carrying her little ones. They sleep by my bed the last week so I know when they start going into labor, and then I hand deliver each baby, take them out of their sack, cut the cord, and help mom to clean them up. The next morning we go to vet get a shot for mom to clean her out so no infection starts. Each pup is then inspected, they get tails docked if needed, and always remove all dew claws (the thumb claw that hangs up on things and can harm them later). They get first worming at 3 weeks and 5 weeks to prevent any onset of worms that can rob the babies nutrient. Each puppy is handled daily and given love and snuggled so they will be social and love people before you ever come see them. At three weeks they start a high protein diet with a puppy food that has no fillers, no preservatives, no corn and no wheat, but instead is all nayural, loaded with  dry fruits and vegatables, oak, barley, fish oil, Omega three, Vitamins, and minerals. We give our babies only the best because we want to start your puppy out right so you receive a healthy strong baby. There is nothing more heart breaking than to get a sickly little baby.

But we don't stop there, we go a step over and beyond to make the transition from our home to yours so much easier we also start potty tray training at 3 weeks, and then  train them to sleep by their self so they don't cry all night when you take them home. We listen to the puppy crying for you. But the stress is so much less on them because they get out and there's mom and litter mates. This makes the transition easier. You also can take their playpen they have been sleeping in home with you for an additional fee. But this is a great idea seeing they are use to it they know the pen the look the feel the smell so when they go to sleep they feel their at home, they don't associate their at a different place. When you take any puppy home without this training you will hear puppy crying all night long for 2 weeks and up. But the stress is worse because the comfort of the litter is not there all day. All I can say since I started this in Jan 2010 we have had wonderful results. I have referrals if you would like to talk to clients yourself.

Also another problem with getting a new puppy is the stress they under go. All puppies are born with a parasite called Coccidia. This is brought to the surface when they experience stress. The signs are vomiting and diarrhea, it comes on fast and furious and can take a puppies life in a week or  a visit to a veterinarian that is costly. We have a preventive we give our baby before they leave in time for two treatments that kill coccidia all others such as Albon that most of believed killed this parasite. But instead it only inhibited for a while leaving it in your baby with the possible to flare up later.  But Kocci Free kills them, just another thing we do for our babies to give you a quality baby.

I also offer to only my clients for a small fee, who purchase a puppy from me a pet baby sitting service in my home with my family and since they were born here they have no separation anxiety attacks, they are always so happy to see me and my family again. Its like a kid going to see grandma.

So you can leave with peace of mind your baby is happy and not locked in a cage anywhere, but is truly being loved. (But you must keep shots UTD and have them on a flea program like Comfortis). This way no problems come to my babies or other puppies that I maybe sitting for as well. Also this is a first come basis seeing I can only take 4 at a time.

So my babies may cost more but you are buying a high quality baby one that has only eaten high grade food no feed seed food, Proper nutrition preventive worming and Coccidia treatment to kill them. Then they have NEVER been placed in a wire cage to walk on, BUT has been socialized, not just born and left to the mom to care for till time to sale, But handle daily to make them lovable and social. Then all the extras we do cost time and money to help save your floors with potty tray training, and mostly selling you a baby to sleep through the night so you get sleep from the first night, and that is what I work the hardest on for you because I know how important your sleep is to you. Sometimes it's best to pay a little more to make sure your getting a healthy well adjusted happy social baby. These little T-CUPS I will not ship the stress is way to much on them. I hope you understand.

So ask yourself do you want a puppy that already secure with love and had the best care to date. Or do you want a puppy that comes from a puppy mill that will have health problems and possible will be hyper and hard to train. The saying is true you get what you pay for. The hours and love we invest in your baby will be seen from the moment you see our baby. Make an appoiuntment to see a special baby from TLC today.
